Annette is a community conferencing specialist. She has held her role as a facilitator for the Conflict Resolution Center of Baltimore County since 2014.  She is originally from the Philippines and moved to the US in 2002. 

Prior to her move here she lived in Europe and while there, she was working with overseas migrant workers focusing on their socioeconomic needs. Annette is also an animal rights advocate. Since 2018 she has been involved with a rescue group in Kuwait and managed to bring hundreds of dogs over through the years and found them loving homes .
